I've use JpItems twice in the past month, and for both times i've come out smiling. the first order did take 2 days. And the second took 3, but in the end James came to my rescue and solved them both. i give Jpitems a thumbs up and i will return. as long as James works here.

The first time I tried ordering from them their cart was down. I recieved 2 free high runes for the troubles. The delivery was fast and very reliable for such great prices. How can you top being able to pay with a credit card instead of wasting time through Paypal or checks, too.

This is the first time I've bought items for D2East Ladder, and the service that I received from the customer service guy named James was AWESOME! Seriously, I was very nervous at first, and when I thought that something went wrong, I used the live Chat support which is how I talked to James, and he took care of everything for me!!! Now if I could only find customer service people like this out in the brick and mortar stores, lol!!! I highly recommend this site to everyone I know.

Ive been buying items online since 09 (after that god forsaken Rust Storm) and I have yet to come across a place where they supplier treats you like a person, not a number. The selection may not me the greatest, but thats because it is done the hard way. The delivery time was pretty speedy to...within 10 15 mins for and in game xfer. So over all I would rate JPITEMS a strong 9.3 out of 10.

Seems practically impossible to get instant delivery anymore.
What the heck is up with "I need to contact my manager for the character/password for that item."
**Quit contracting out to 3rd party (3rd world) computer users who must always "check with daddy" on items and delivery!
Unfortunately jpitems are grown bigger then their good "old" customer service, plus (maybe) because nobody plays D2 anymore.

I have been here to commit on the great service of jp before but last time I had no experience of orders outside jp, now that I have I know they are the best. My last order was from a different site and wow did they really make things frustrating. I felt almost blind, because no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get in contact with them, it made me worry about them. I recently placed an order for a pretty solid sorceress set up. It was a pretty hefty order and within 30 hours, over Thanksgiving, I received all but 2 parts of the 13+ part order. Missing only perfect war travelers and a character that I was told would take a few days. Because of the wait for the war travelers, there is a freebie that is getting thrown in. Great policy and great prices along with swift service. If I were to buy more items, it would be from here, no questions asked.

Rabin was courteous and helpful. My first order was around $50 and was terminated for apparently no reason. But Rabin told me that that is somewhat common and reassured me that it'd work out the second time. He walked me through it again and it's all working out. I was kind of pissed after getting the order cancelled the first time, but it's awfully hard to stay mad at you guys when people like Rabin are so damn nice and helpful! LOL
It took a little longer than it would've if it had gone through, but your service is faster than others.
Also, i was informed that my order is incomplete with out of stock items, but was reassured that you guys are working on it and that you're going to make it up to me. Thanks Rabin for the great service!

I placed the order sometime around midnight and recieved it around 1am, which is very fast. I also liked how they called the phone number and personally asked for verification of the credit card and address. If i were to rate them from a 1 to 10 (10 beeing best) I would give them a strong 9 1/2. I am definately going to be doing business here again soon.

Jpitems is the only virtual item shop I find myself wanting to buy from. Cheap prices, good items, character help with certain games, and employees who are so helpful and listening you feel as if you know them. They focus on helping customers and listening to their problems and suggestions. They never ignore you or treat you wrongly, they always try and help out. This and the prices which are considerably low compared to sites like other sites makes jp what it is. A customer loyal site that wants to help you, an don't I have a fine example of how helpful they are. Have them put your order on a mule and simply go ask on the live chat for help with a transfer, and they will be with you ASAP, sitting there in a game while you get your items moved about. Loyalty to customers is big these days, and jp has it. Rock on jp!

I ordered a few things from the site, but you guys were out of it, or you had to wait a week. However, through all that everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I ended up changing my order to something else I needed and the agent couldn't open the mule account. So he made another one, and he couldn't open it again. We chatted a few times on the live support and he let me know he was working on it tirelessly. Last night at 3:30 in the morning, he fixed it and sent me an email. That is the best service I think I've ever gotten anywhere. Mykes is who helped me, I will order here many more times because of his proffesionalism, even though it's an online game.
